Terms of Service

1. The service

UIHub provides design-drift scanning, design-contract generation, and related quality tools for web application codebases (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You must provide accurate account information.
• You may not share accounts in ways that violate the applicable plan limits.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to: violate any law or third-party rights; attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or any system connected to it; submit content you do not have the right to submit; or use automated means to abuse limits and rate controls.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us the limited right to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your code, repositories, or generated outputs.

5. AI-generated output

Reports, contracts, and other outputs are generated automatically and are provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

6. Subscriptions and payments

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider.
• Plan limits are described on the Service; we may enforce them automatically.
• If payment fails, we may suspend access until the balance is settled.
• Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or plans with reasonable notice, except where immediate action is needed (security, legal, or abuse).

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do survive (content, warranties, liability, governing law).

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
