1. Who we are
UIHub is a design-contract and quality-checking service for web applications. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Contact: help@getuihub.com.
2. What we collect
- Account data: email address and a password (stored encrypted).
- Content you submit: repository URLs you ask us to scan, reference URLs or screenshots you upload, and your design-contract conversations.
- Usage data: scan results, generated contracts, and basic product usage.
- Technical data: IP address and browser headers, used for security and rate limiting.
3. How we use your data
- To provide the service: run scans, generate reports and design contracts, save your history.
- To process AI analysis: content you submit (e.g. a reference URL or screenshot) is sent to third-party AI providers solely to generate your requested output.
- To protect the service: rate limiting, abuse prevention, and account security.
- To communicate with you: account notifications, password resets, and service updates.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate the product: database hosting, application hosting, AI processing providers, and the payment processor (which receives your email and billing details solely to process payments). Each provider is bound to process data only for our service.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by our payment provider under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not store or process your payment card details.
6. Retention
We keep your account and history while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time; we remove your data or anonymize it within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep it by law.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us at help@getuihub.com.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit, hashed credentials, and standard security measures. No method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
