Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance for the upcoming period. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided you have not materially used the paid features. Requests after 14 days are considered on a case-by-case basis.
2. How to request a refund
Contact us at help@getuihub.com with the email address used for the purchase and the payment reference. We will respond within a reasonable period.
3. Processing
Refunds are processed through the payment provider used for the original transaction. The amount is returned to the original payment method, and the time to appear depends on that provider.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a partial refund.
